REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

1. General Overview

At Everchill Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer easy return and exchange options within 7 days of product delivery, provided the items meet our return criteria.

2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

2.1 Conditions for Returns

Products are eligible for return or exchange if:

  • They are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, original packaging, and invoice are intact.

  • A return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • They are not under the “Non-returnable” category (e.g., personalized/customized items, innerwear, socks, etc.).

2.2 Conditions for Rejection of Return

We reserve the right to reject return requests if:

  • The product is used, damaged, or returned without original tags.

  • Return request is initiated after 7 days.

  • The return reason doesn’t align with genuine product issues.

 

3. Return Process

3.1 How to Initiate a Return

  • Go to www.everchillfashion.com > "My Orders" > Select item > Click on “Return/Exchange”.

  • Choose the reason for return and provide supporting images (if applicable).

  • Pick-up will be arranged within 2-4 working days, subject to availability.

3.2 Pickup & Inspection

  • Our delivery partner will inspect the product during pickup.

  • If the product passes quality checks, a refund/exchange will be processed.

  • If the product fails quality checks, it will be sent back to you.

 

4. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability).

  • Product defects (verified upon inspection).
    You can select a different size or same-value replacement. Exchange is permitted once per item.

 

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Modes

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Online Payments (UPI/Credit/Debit/Wallets) – Within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Refund via bank transfer or UPI (details to be submitted by the customer).

5.2 Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and quality-checked:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours.

  • Credit to your account may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

6. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Undergarments, socks, and innerwear.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by visiting “My Orders”.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery.
