3. Terms of Delivery
3.1. Everchill partners with third-party logistics providers ("Logistic Partners") to deliver your orders. Once an item is handed to the Logistic Partner, you will receive tracking details and estimated delivery timelines.
3.2. We aim to serve customers across India, but certain pin codes may be excluded from our serviceable areas. Customers must verify serviceability by entering their pin codes at checkout.
3.3. Please provide accurate, complete shipping details with landmarks to avoid delivery delays. Everchill is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
3.4. A maximum of three (3) delivery attempts will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful, Everchill reserves the right to cancel the order. Delays may occur due to:

Everchill will attempt to inform customers of any delays but shall not be held liable for delays or related mental distress or damages.
3.5. Our delivery partners undergo vetting, but Everchill is not liable for any misconduct or impoliteness from delivery staff. Any such issues must be handled directly with the Logistic Partner.
3.6. Once your order is shipped, a unique tracking ID will be provided. Use this to monitor delivery status via our website or the Logistic Partner's portal. Please note that tracking data may experience delays or inconsistencies.
3.7. Shipping charges may apply for orders below a specified threshold or for certain payment methods (e.g., COD). These charges are non-refundable unless a product is returned due to a verified defect.
